Sistema Patria begins October 2026 benefit distributions in Venezuela

The Venezuelan government has initiated several rounds of economic benefit distributions through the Sistema Patria platform for October 2026.

Key disbursements include the 'Ingreso Integral' for active workers and retirees, with amounts indexed to the official exchange rate of the Banco Central de Venezuela (BCV). Active personnel and retirees with 'cestaticket' rights are set to receive an amount equivalent to 150 USD, while public sector retirees without 'cestaticket' are slated to receive approximately 114,800 bolívares. Additionally, the 'Bono de Corresponsabilidad y Formación' for specific public administration sectors has been released at 103,200 bolívares.

For the higher education sector, the platform has begun paying the October University Scholarship (Beca Universitaria) at a rate of 4,893.80 bolívares. This marks the final payment under the current traditional format; starting in November 2026, scholarships will transition to the National Public University Scholarship Program, which proposes significantly higher monthly allocations of 40 USD for regular students and 60 USD for university assistants.
