Venezuelan Governor Victor Clark opens upgraded UNEFM library and campus module in Falcón

Governor Víctor Clark Boscán delivered the refurbished Dr. Antonio Smith library at the Dr. Alfredo Van Grieken Academic Complex in Coro, adding a modern reading room and a fully equipped computer lab as part of UNEFM’s 49th‑anniversary celebrations. The ceremony was attended by UNEFM rector Juogreidin Cerero and Miranda municipality mayor Henry Hernández, and was coordinated with the Ministry of University Education, the municipal mayor’s office and the state government.

Later the same day, Clark inaugurated the second module of the Ingeniero Vicente Durán Complex, newly modernised with upgraded electricity, water, climate control, lighting and renovated classrooms, laboratories and a multipurpose sports court. The upgrades serve more than 2,300 students across health, engineering, business and arts programmes and bring UNEFM’s total enrolment to about 26,000 students in undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
