Venezuelan Ministers Unify Export Plan to Boost Sovereign Economy

Commerce Minister Johann Álvarez and Transport Minister Jacqueline Faría outlined a four‑pillar roadmap in Caracas to strengthen national logistics and expand exports toward the Caribbean. The strategy calls for extending maritime and air routes to the ABC islands (Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao), simplifying the Exporta Fácil program, and establishing a unified customs protocol. It also includes upgrading public terminals and dry ports to speed customs procedures for entrepreneurs. The plan aims to counteract the financial blockade and promote Venezuelan products in international markets.

The coordinated effort between the ministries seeks to link agricultural and industrial zones with key export points, positioning Venezuela’s production as a sovereign, competitive force abroad.
