Venezuelan Press and CNP Carabobo partner to support senior journalists

Venezuelan Press, an association of Venezuelan journalists based in Europe, has formed an alliance with the Carabobo section of the National College of Journalists (CNP) to support senior media professionals.

The partnership involves the delivery of essential medical supplies and equipment intended for elderly journalists and their immediate families. The donation focuses on primary care and home health monitoring, including items such as nebulizers and digital blood pressure monitors.

Ruth Lara Castillo, General Secretary of CNP Carabobo, noted that the initiative aims to improve the quality of life for veteran communicators and recognizes their professional legacy. Beneficiaries expressed gratitude for the support provided by the organizations to colleagues remaining within the country.
