Real estate chambers in Venezuela are organizing series of professional development events to commemorate industry milestones and enhance sector expertise.

In Barinas, the Cámara Inmobiliaria del Estado Barinas is hosting the ‘Encuentro Inmobiliario Barinas 2026’ to mark seven years of institutional management. The event features Pablo González Travieso, president of the Cámara Inmobiliaria de Venezuela, who will discuss national market trends and challenges. The agenda includes a keynote lecture by Enrique Fasquias on client attraction and negotiation techniques.

In Monagas, the Cámara Inmobiliaria del Estado Monagas has announced ‘Semana del Corredor Inmobiliario’ (Real Estate Broker Week) from October 26 to October 30. The program includes workshops on emotional intelligence, social media content creation, public speaking, and high-impact sales. The week will conclude with a forum featuring personal branding strategist David Esteva and a legal analysis of new sector regulations by Dr. José Armando Sosa.
