Venice Film Festival 83rd edition begins on the Lido

The 83rd Venice International Film Festival is currently underway on the Lido, running from September 2 to September 12, 2026. Organized by the Biennale di Venezia, the event features a robust selection including 88 feature films, 18 short films, and various immersive projects. The main competition for the Golden Lion is presided over by jury president Maggie Gyllenhaal.
