Ventre Studio partners with Hubert Bals Fund

Brazilian production company Ventre Studio has established an institutional partnership with the Hubert Bals Fund, an initiative associated with the International Film Festival Rotterdam.

The partnership aims to connect Brazilian filmmakers with the international market by supporting cinematographic projects from their early development stages. This collaboration follows the announcement of the fund's selected projects for 2026, which focuses on supporting independent productions globally.

Ventre Studio, which includes partner Marcus Buaiz, seeks to strengthen its presence in the international circuit for auteur film development and production. The Hubert Bals Fund is recognized for financing works by acclaimed filmmakers such as Fernando Meirelles and Kleber Mendonça Filho.
