Ventsislava Tafkova discusses importance of presidential vote

After casting her ballot at the ‘Dr. Petar Beron’ school in Plovdiv, former Miss Bulgaria 2020 Ventsislava Tafkova shared her perspective on the presidential elections. She emphasized that voters should not expect a president to act as a ‘savior’ or provide immediate solutions to economic issues such as rising prices or salary increases.

Tafkova described the act of voting as a ‘signature,’ representing the choice of who is granted the right to speak on behalf of the country. She noted that while a president cannot solve all social problems with a single move, the role remains vital as the individual who represents Bulgaria to both its citizens and the international community.
