Veracruz conducts public service training in Río Blanco

The Veracruz Secretariat of Labor, Social Welfare and Productivity (STPSP) conducted a “Quality in Service” training program for more than 200 reception and public service staff at the Río Blanco City Council. The workshop focused on practical skills such as empathy, assertive communication, and effective response capabilities to improve citizen experiences.

During the inauguration, Secretary Luis Arturo Santiago Martínez emphasized that public service should be a vocation oriented toward collective well-being, noting that officials must prioritize the needs of citizens. Additionally, the Secretary highlighted improvements in employability, stating that unemployment rates have decreased significantly due to formal job creation, public and private investment, and training provided by the Veracruz State Institute for Work Training (ICATVER).
