Verdant Parks invests £4m in East Lothian holiday park

Verdant Parks has announced a £4 million investment to redevelop the Thurston Manor Holiday Park near Innerwick in East Lothian. This represents the largest single expenditure in the company’s history.

The project aims to transform the site into a flagship destination by expanding accommodation and leisure facilities. Planned upgrades include an 18-metre swimming pool, a children’s splash pool, a jacuzzi, a steam room, a sauna, and improved gym facilities. Outdoor enhancements will feature a pirate-themed adventure golf course.

Work is scheduled to begin this month, with a target completion date set for Easter next year. The company expects the redevelopment to boost the local tourism industry and provide recreational spaces for the community.
