Verde Comune project to requalify public spaces in Valle Telesina

The “Verde Comune – Rotary per la Valle Telesina” project aims to plant new trees and requalify public spaces in Telese Terme and Castelvenere. The initiative seeks to create greener, more shaded, and livable environments as a local response to global climate change.

Promoted by the Rotary Club Valle Telesina, the project involves a broad collaboration between local administrations, professional orders, schools, parishes, and the community. It is designed to serve as a reference model for the Sannio region and aims to be a replicable best practice. The initiative carries particular weight following recent fires in the Sannio territory.

The project is supported by over 30 sponsors, including the Province of Benevento, the municipalities of Telese Terme and Castelvenere, and various technical experts such as architects, agronomists, and geologists.
