Verein Stadtklima Schwerte distributes free trees and shrubs

The Verein Stadtklima Schwerte is distributing free trees and shrubs to residents looking to increase greenery in their gardens. The selection includes various native tree species such as maple, birch, oak, lime, and willow, as well as wild plum trees.

In addition to trees, the association is offering shrubs like hazelnut and privet, along with large bamboo plants for landscaping. To ensure successful growth, the association provides consultation on proper planting techniques. This initiative has been active for over thirty years, resulting in the distribution of several thousand trees in Schwerte.
