Verhalenkaravaan garden storytelling event attracts audience in Oud‑Beijerland

On Saturday, 15 August, the Verhalenkaravaan concluded its 2024 season with a garden storytelling afternoon at the residence of Els van Gemeren in Oud‑Beijerland, Netherlands. Visitors were invited to sit from 14:30 to about 16:30 and listen to a series of stories presented by members of the Verhalenkaravaan. Admission was €5, payable in cash, and coffee and tea were included. In case of rain, the programme would have moved to a covered venue to ensure continuity.

The organizers announced plans to return in June‑August 2027, seeking additional garden hosts across the Hoeksche Waard region. Interested garden owners were asked to apply for the next season via email, and the public was encouraged to watch for future dates.
