Verity film adaptation arrives in Croatian cinemas

The psychological thriller Verity, directed by Michael Showalter, is set for release in Croatian cinemas on October 1. The film is an adaptation of the bestselling novel by Colleen Hoover.

Starring Anne Hathaway, Dakota Johnson, and Josh Hartnett, the story follows Lowen Ashleigh, a writer tasked with completing a book series for famous author Verity Crawford. While at the family estate, Lowen discovers autobiographical writings that reveal disturbing secrets regarding Verity’s family and her husband, Jeremy. The film explores themes of psychological tension, family drama, and manipulation.

A premiere is scheduled for September 29 at Kaptol Boutique Cinema.
