Verizon representatives recommend several steps for digital emergency readiness, including saving photos of essential documents to the cloud, downloading offline maps, using emergency apps, and setting up family location sharing. Senior Retail Manager Ernesto Guerrero emphasized the importance of maintaining charged devices and having portable power units to ensure readiness for unforeseen emergencies.
