Former Colombian First Lady Verónica Alcocer has returned to Sweden amid serious corruption allegations. According to reports from the Swedish newspaper Expressen, Alcocer was seen in Stockholm celebrating with friends, a move that has drawn public criticism and social media debate regarding her public conduct during a legal investigation.

Alcocer, the former wife of Gustavo Petro, has denied the accusations. Expressen reported that she dismissed the corruption charges, stating, "It is not true," a stance her supporters may characterize as a defense against political persecution or lawfare.

Upon her arrival at Arlanda Airport, Alcocer was met by Gunn Lundemo, a Swedish DJ, producer, and event manager known for her work with Stockholm Pride. While the encounter gained attention in Colombian media, Lundemo identified herself as a close friend who welcomed Alcocer to the city where she resides.
