Verónica Castro uses oxygen tank for mobility, brother clarifies

Mexican actress Verónica Castro has recently been seen using an oxygen tank, sparking concern among followers after her appearance at her son Cristian Castro’s graduation. Her brother, producer José Alberto ‘El Güero’ Castro, addressed the speculation by clarifying that while the device is necessary, her condition is not considered grave.

He explained that the oxygen is primarily required when she needs to move long distances or travel, noting that she does not need to be connected to it constantly while at home. He attributed the need for supplemental oxygen to the long-term effects of smoking, using the opportunity to advise others against the habit.

Additionally, José Alberto Castro mentioned that he will not be involved in the production of a biographical series about his sister, stating that it is better for others to handle the project to maintain objectivity.
