Verónica Díaz Robles faces scrutiny over academic credentials

Senator Verónica del Carmen Díaz Robles is facing scrutiny regarding her academic credentials. A review of the National Registry of Professionals from the Secretariat of Public Education (SEP) indicates that there is no professional license registered under her name.

This finding contradicts various public documents, including her legislative history in the System of Legislative Information (SIL) and curriculum files from the LXIII Legislature of the State, where she is identified as a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Fresnillo.

Attorney Jorge Rada Luévano has publicly questioned the timeline of her professional status, noting that official documents have referred to her as a graduate years before her current registered graduation date. Rada suggested that if it is proven she claimed professional status without legal standing, she could face legal consequences ranging from professional practice law infractions to investigations for the usurpation of professions.
