Several separate fatal incidents have been reported across Italy.

In Agropoli, 55-year-old security guard Walter Avallone was found dead in his car near the Trentova natural oasis. While initial observations noted a deep wound to his throat, medical examinations suggest he may have been killed by a gunshot. Investigators are reviewing surveillance footage to reconstruct his final hours.

In Verona, a 25-year-old man was found dead in a wooded area near San Massimo. Police have detained a 50-year-old man with a history of trespassing and illegal weapon possession, who is suspected of killing the victim following a dispute. The victim is believed to have died from asphyxiation or cardiac arrest.

In the Lecce region, a 37-year-old prison police officer was found dead in a forest near San Pancrazio Salentino. His service pistol was found near his body, and authorities have ordered a stay on his funeral to conduct an autopsy. A union representative noted the officer had recently expressed professional concerns.

Additionally, in Leverano, a 53-year-old man was found dead in an abandoned villa after a search following his disappearance. The man had recently been issued a restraining order regarding his ex-wife.
