Verona to host 2026 Global Champions Playoffs

The 2026 Global Champions Tour and Global Champions League Playoffs have been relocated to Verona, Italy. The event is scheduled to take place from 19–22 November 2026 at the Veronafiere Exhibition Centre.

Originally planned for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the decision to move the season finale follows recent geopolitical developments in the Middle East and significant logistical challenges associated with staging the event in Riyadh. Organizers stated that the relocation was necessary to ensure the high-scale international sporting event could proceed as planned.

The playoffs will feature the Longines Global Champions Tour Super Grand Prix and the GCL Super Cup, with over €11 million in prize money at stake. Jan Tops, Founder and President of the Longines Global Champions Tour and GCL, confirmed the organization's commitment to maintaining the event's sporting excellence despite the complex relocation process.
