Versapay appoints Glen Braganza as Chief Financial Officer

Versapay, an accounts receivable platform, has appointed Glen Braganza as its new Chief Financial Officer. The appointment is intended to support the company’s financial strategy during its next phase of revenue growth.

Braganza brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience in the payments and software sectors. His previous roles include serving as Group CFO for EasyPark Group (now Arrive) and holding CFO positions at venture-backed companies Clickatell and BitPay. Additionally, he spent a decade at Worldpay, where he served as CFO for the US business and contributed to the company’s 2015 IPO.
