Vertiv expands in Croatia, adds over 200 AI infrastructure jobs

Vertiv, a global provider of critical digital infrastructure, is expanding its engineering, project and production teams in Croatia. The company will create more than 200 specialist positions to meet rising demand for AI‑ready data‑center infrastructure across the EMEA region.

Vertiv already employs over 650 people at its headquarters in Zagreb and its manufacturing plant in Rugvica, which serve as the main EMEA hub. The hiring plan includes over 50 engineers in electrical, civil and mechanical fields, and more than 155 production and technical roles such as electricians, fitters and cooling‑system technicians. Vedran Brzić, Vice‑President for Infrastructure Solutions for EMEA, said the growth confirms the strength of local expertise and the need for robust power and thermal‑management solutions for high‑density AI workloads. The expansion will allow employees to contribute to regional and international data‑center projects and develop careers in an industry shaping the future of AI and digital infrastructure.
