Vertiv announces manufacturing expansion and global infrastructure initiatives

Vertiv is implementing a multi-regional expansion strategy involving manufacturing growth, partner network strengthening, and new infrastructure opportunities. The company recently honored eleven distribution partners with the 2025 North America Partner Awards to bolster its regional presence.

In Europe, Vertiv announced plans to expand its facility in Nové Mesto nad Váhom, Slovakia, by adding approximately 22,000 square meters of manufacturing space over the next 18 to 24 months. To support these operational shifts, Michael Resha has been appointed Executive Vice President for Manufacturing, Logistics, and Operational Excellence.

On the international front, Vertiv signed a letter of intent with Cybastion to explore digital infrastructure opportunities across several African nations, including Morocco, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Chad, and Gabon.
