Vertiv appoints Michael Resha as EVP of Manufacturing

Vertiv Holdings Co. has appointed Michael Resha as Executive Vice President of Manufacturing, Logistics and Operational Excellence, effective immediately. Resha joins the company’s executive leadership team and reports directly to CEO Giordano Albertazzi.

In his new role, Resha is responsible for scaling global manufacturing operations, expanding capacity, and optimizing capital deployment to align with the company’s long-term growth strategy. He will also oversee the continued deployment of the Vertiv Operating System (VOS).

Resha succeeds Anders Karlborg, who is transitioning to a new role as Special Operations Projects Leader to facilitate an orderly leadership handover. Resha joins Vertiv from Stellantis, where he served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Injection and Stamping, managing operations across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific.
