Verve Group Media SE relocates headquarters from Sweden to Ireland

Verve Group Media SE, a mobile advertising intelligence company, has successfully completed its relocation of headquarters from Sweden to Ireland. The move became effective on October 2, 2026, following registration with the Irish Companies Registration Office.

The company is now based in Dublin. This relocation is intended to provide access to a talent pool shaped by leading technology corporations and to increase comparability with US-based adtech peers. Verve also plans to implement USD reporting as part of this transition.

Trading is expected to resume on October 5, 2026, under a new Irish ISIN on both the Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market and the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
