VeryDarkMan alleges betrayal by Davido and crew

Social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, known as VeryDarkMan, has addressed his fallout with Afrobeats singer Davido, alleging that members of the singer’s crew were involved in a plot to have him arrested.

Otse claimed he discovered a WhatsApp group chat involving several individuals, including members of Davido’s DMW crew, which allegedly discussed plans to orchestrate his arrest in 2024. This occurred during his involvement in the Justice for Mohbad campaign. Otse stated that the discovery was shocking given his previous friendly relationship with the singer and his crew. He noted that he attempted to contact Davido to seek clarification regarding the group's activities and whether the singer was aware of the alleged plot.

In a separate social media commentary from Canada, streamer Peller commented on the ongoing public disagreements involving VeryDarkMan, Davido, Carter Efe, and Zlatan Ibile, reflecting on his own past involvement in online controversies.
