VeSync Japan to release Kyushu regional cuisine recipe book for COSORI air fryers

VeSync Japan has announced the September 2026 release of a new recipe book titled ‘COSORI Air Fryer Kyushu Gourmet Recipe Book’. The publication is designed to help households across Japan easily recreate traditional dishes from seven prefectures in the Kyushu region: Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Fukuoka, Oita, Miyazaki, and Kagoshima.

The recipes are specifically adapted for use with COSORI air fryers, such as the TurboBlaze 6.0L, allowing users to prepare regional specialties like Oita toriten, Nagasaki Saisebo burgers, and Miyazaki chicken nanban with reduced oil consumption. The book features recipes supervised by five popular culinary influencers, including RINATY and Coto.

Retailing for 1,480 yen, the 44-page color booklet focuses on using common ingredients available at standard supermarkets to ensure accessibility for home cooks and beginners.
