Veteran Servet Çiftçi sends ten children to university

Servet Çiftçi, a veteran living in the Sason district of Batman, has successfully sent all ten of his children to university.

Çiftçi lost his sight and one leg 32 years ago on March 13, 1995, after stepping on a mine during an anti-terror operation. Despite these physical challenges, he raised ten children, four of whom were born during his time as a veteran and six later.

Mutalip Çelik, President of the Sason Martyrs' Families and Veterans Mutual Assistance and Solidarity Association, visited Çiftçi at his home to honor his determination and sacrifices.
