Vetralla political group calls for withdrawal of Lazio regional healthcare decree

The Si-Avs political group in Vetralla is demanding that the Lazio Region withdraw decree 610/26, which they claim is undermining local healthcare services. The group argues that the measure, adopted by Governor Rocca, creates structural issues by imposing work organization requirements on family doctors that are incompatible with optimal professional practice.

Local representatives expressed concern that proposed solutions, such as hiring temporary doctors or increasing the maximum number of patients per physician from 1,500 to 1,800, are merely temporary fixes. They contend these measures will lead to rushed and less attentive care. Si-Avs has called on Mayor Aquilani and Councilor Zelli to advocate for the repeal of the decree to prevent further deterioration of medical services in the territory.
