VFS Global Reports Sustainability Milestones and Over 200 L of Blood Donated by Staff

VFS Global released its seventh Sustainability Report covering 2025 performance, highlighting a 41% increase in e‑waste recycling, women making up 65% of new hires, and a 97.6% customer‑satisfaction rate. The report notes the integration of Responsible AI frameworks, the award of the Dubai AI Seal, and the deployment of six AI‑enabled solutions used by more than 20 client governments. It also announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Brazil’s CiX Citizen Experience, expanding the firm’s digital citizen‑service portfolio.

In conjunction with World Blood Donor Day 2026, VFS Global organised donation drives in 18 cities worldwide, including 14 cities in India. More than 500 employees participated, contributing a total of 212 litres of blood. The initiative, part of the company’s Champions of Change volunteering programme, was highlighted by COO Yummi Talwar, who said the effort reflects VFS Global’s commitment to community well‑being.
