Vi Foundation, Ericsson launch Robotsav platform for Indian students

Vi Foundation, the corporate social responsibility arm of Vodafone Idea, partnered with Ericsson to launch Robotsav – The Festival of Technology – a digital platform aimed at expanding robotics and artificial‑intelligence education across India. The website offers curated learning resources, blogs, quizzes and essay‑writing competitions, allowing school‑age students to explore robotics, 3D printing, programming, virtual reality and generative AI at their own pace.

Robotics Lab Programme labs, now operating in 20 locations across seven states, serve roughly 10,000 students, and offline robotics competitions are slated to begin in the coming months. Ambika Khurana, Chief Regulatory & Corporate Affairs Officer of Vodafone Idea and Director of Vi Foundation, said the initiative supports the broader Digital India mission by fostering curiosity, creativity and confidence among young learners.
