Vibo Valentia nursery school tender ends without successful bidder

A public tender for the management of the Viale Accademie Vibonesi nursery school in Vibo Valentia has ended without a successful bidder. This failure puts 233 municipal childcare places at risk, potentially leaving the city without any active municipal nursery services.

Opposition council members have criticized the Romeo administration, noting that while new facilities in Moderata Durant, Viale della Pace, and Vibo Marina are ready, they remain unused. Furthermore, the cost to families has reportedly increased significantly, with monthly fees rising from approximately 120 euros to 380 euros in the recent notice.
