Vice Governor Carlos Silva Neder lauds peaceful municipal elections in Santiago del Estero

Vice Governor Carlos Silva Neder addressed the province after municipal elections were held in all 25 communes of Santiago del Estero, highlighting the high voter turnout and the orderly, peaceful conduct of the vote.

He stressed that municipalities are the "first point of democracy" and that strengthening local institutions guarantees concrete improvements in infrastructure, services and inclusion for families. Neder attributed the calm atmosphere to ongoing social dialogue, consensus‑building and the maturity of the electorate, saying, "sentimos una inmensa alegría y orgullo por el desarrollo de la contienda electoral que se desarrolló en un clima de paz social".
