Vice President JD Vance convened a White House fraud task force roundtable, inviting roughly 20 members of the House and Senate. The meeting, part of an initiative launched by President Donald Trump’s executive order, aims to tighten controls on federal benefit programs and curb fraud by illegal aliens, criminal gangs, and other exploiters.

During the session, Vance mocked Michigan Senate candidate Senator Abdul El‑Sayed, saying “God forbid you’re gonna have President El‑Sayed in three years.” The comment drew sharp criticism on social media. The same day, El‑Sayed secured the Democratic primary win. Vance’s wife, Usha Vance, also appeared on Fox News, discussing the birth of their fourth child and family concerns.
