Vicente López announces September cultural and community events

The municipality of Vicente López is launching several cultural and community initiatives for the month of September. The Sabe la Tierra Florida farmers market is expanding its offerings to celebrate the arrival of spring. Starting September 5, the market will feature an increased selection of agroecological vegetables, including pesticide-free produce from Don Agustín, and new gastronomic ventures such as Papa Vegano, La Pacha Alimenta, and Familia Arrúa. The market will also host folklore classes and family games at Plaza Amigos de Florida.

Additionally, the 11th edition of the Vicente López en Escena festival begins on September 4, bringing theater, dance, and performance art to streets, plazas, and libraries. The festival includes various productions such as ‘Hola Carola’ and ‘Donde el viento viene a aullar,’ concluding with an intimate scenic experience by Fernando Rubio. Other scheduled events include live music at Quinta Trabucco, the ‘Generación Sub-25’ music cycle at the Casa de la Cultura, and a Tim Burton film screening at the Cine Teatro York.
