Vico Equense citizens protest lack of emergency services

Citizens in Vico Equense held a demonstration in front of the De Luca e Rossano Hospital to demand the restoration of emergency room services. The protest was organized by the Comitato Tutela dei Diritti dei Cittadini to advocate for the constitutional right to health.

The community has been without a functioning emergency room for over five years. Protesters, joined by Representative Francesco Emilio Borrelli, emphasized that the lack of essential medical services is unacceptable given Vico Equense's large population and complex geography within the Metropolitan City of Naples.
