Persija Jakarta adds Victor Dethan as club expands transfer hunt for Nakajima and Peralta
Persija Jakarta announced the signing of 21‑year‑old winger Victor Dethan from PSM Makassar on a two‑year contract until 2028. The club highlighted his recent record of two goals and two assists in 24 Super League appearances and praised his youth, character and potential.
At the same time, Persija has been linked with Japanese midfielder Shoya Nakajima, a former Japan international who once attracted interest from Manchester United and has played for clubs in Portugal, Qatar and Portugal’s Porto.
The club’s transfer activity also involved Argentine striker Mariano Peralta, whose deal with Persija reportedly collapsed after negotiations stalled, prompting interest from rival Persib Bandung and other Indonesian clubs.
