Victor Valdepeñas transfer draws bids from Fiorentina, Dortmund

Real Madrid have reached a verbal agreement to sell 19‑year‑old defender Victor Valdepeñas to Serie A club Fiorentina for around €8 million. The deal includes a contract until June 2031 and a 50% sell‑on clause for the Spanish club.

At the same time, German side Borussia Dortmund is reported to be pursuing the same player, prepared to offer roughly €5 million. Other clubs such as Bayer Leverkusen, AC Milan and Arsenal are also mentioned as interested. Valdepeñas, a versatile centre‑back/left‑back, made 51 appearances for Real Madrid's senior team last season and is a Spain U‑19 international.
