Victoria Beckham Holdings reports first operating profit since 2008
Victoria Beckham Holdings has reported its first operating profit since its founding in 2008. The company recorded a £7.3 million operating profit for 2025, a significant turnaround from a £1.6 million operating loss in 2024.
Revenue for the group rose 15 per cent to £129.8 million, marking the fifth consecutive year of double-digit growth. This success was driven by disciplined cost control, improved direct-to-consumer trading, and strong performance in both the fashion and beauty divisions. The beauty sector, in particular, saw significant momentum from the launch of Foundation Drops, which doubled the size of the skincare business.
The brand’s journey to profitability follows years of financial struggle, including periods of heavy debt that required support from David Beckham and a 2017 investment from NEO Investment Partners. Victoria Beckham noted that the brand is no longer viewed merely as a celebrity-led label but as a growing business. The company plans to expand its international retail presence, including the opening of a new flagship boutique in New York City in September.
