Actress Victoria Kantch has emerged as a breakout star following her lead role in the Netflix mystery thriller series ‘Oasis’. The 22-year-old actress, who has Bulgarian and Basque roots, portrays the character Celia in the production, which is produced by Bambú and Netflix.
