Victoria Monét shares hair growth progress using Cécred

Singer Victoria Monét has shared her hair growth progress after two years of using products from the brand Cécred. In a recent video, the Grammy winner showcased her natural curls and length while discussing her routine for maintaining scalp health.

Monét used the experience to highlight the challenges of managing seborrheic dermatitis, a chronic inflammatory skin condition that affects the scalp. The condition can cause itching, scaling, and irritation, and it often presents differently on Black skin, which can complicate early recognition.

To manage the condition, Monét worked with Cécred godmother Tina Knowles and the brand’s Director of Education, Dr. Kari Williams. Her routine includes the use of Clarifying Shampoo & Scalp Scrub, Restoring Hair & Edge Drops, and Wrap & Set Foam.
