Victoria state election 2026 voter guide
The 2026 Victorian state election is scheduled for Saturday, November 28, where eligible voters will cast ballots for the 61st Parliament of Victoria. To participate, citizens must be enrolled in the electoral roll by 8 pm on Tuesday, November 3.
To be eligible for enrollment, individuals must be Australian citizens, aged 18 or older, and have resided in Victoria for more than one month. The enrollment process requires providing an Australian driver’s licence, passport, Medicare card, or citizenship number, or having their identity confirmed by an enrolled person.
Voting options include in-person voting at centers across Victoria on election day between 8 am and 6 pm, as well as postal voting. Applications for postal votes open on November 4 and close at 6 pm on November 25.
