Victorian voter survey seeks regional input ahead of November election
Australian Regional Insights, the research unit of the ACM media network, has launched a ten‑minute anonymous online survey for voters in regional Victoria. The questionnaire asks respondents to rank issues such as law and order, roads, health, education, cost of living, renewable energy, the environment, support for farmers and mobile‑phone coverage, as well as their views on the performance of the two major parties.
The survey is being run for the Victorian mastheads of the ACM network – The Courier (Ballarat), Bendigo Advertiser, Stock & Land, The Border Mail and The Standard – and will remain open until the state election scheduled for Saturday, 28 November. Participants who complete the survey can enter a draw for one of five $200 e‑gift cards.
The initiative aims to gather regional voter concerns before the election and to provide the collected questions to local journalists for follow‑up with politicians.
