Victoria’s Secret stock surges over 300% in one year

Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSXY) has seen its stock price surge by more than 300% over the past year, bringing its market capitalization to over $6.9 billion. The stock, which previously traded around $20, is now valued between $87 and $88 per share.

The company recently transitioned its ticker symbol from VSCO to VSXY on June 2, 2026, a move CEO Hillary Super stated reflects the brand’s renewed identity and strategic focus on modern, diverse, and personalized femininity. This rebranding follows efforts to reconnect with new customer generations and restructure leadership.

A significant driver of the stock’s performance was the company’s Q1 2026 earnings report, which exceeded expectations. Revenue reached approximately $1.56 billion, a 15% increase year-over-year, while net profit reached $48 million, reversing a loss from the previous year. The company has subsequently raised its full-year revenue and profit forecasts.
