Victory School in Dak Lak denies entry to late parents

Parents at Victory School (Primary, Middle, and High School) in Dak Lak were denied entry to a start-of-year meeting after arriving late. On September 19, several parents reported being unable to enter the premises because the gates had already been closed according to school regulations.

Nguyen Minh Phat, the principal of Victory School, confirmed that the school maintains a policy of closing the gates 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. The school held two meetings that day, serving approximately 3,400 students across different grade levels.

According to the principal, the meeting times and locations were communicated in advance, with invitations requesting parents arrive 10-15 minutes early. He stated that the policy was implemented to ensure security, order, and to prevent disruptions to the program. Phat emphasized the importance of punctuality, noting that previous late arrivals had inconvenienced those who arrived on time, and expressed hope that parents would set a positive example for students.
