Vida Plena shares workplace well-being practices with Cuiabá

The Vida Plena Work Quality of Life Nucleus, part of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Mato Grosso (MPMT), met with representatives from the Cuiabá City Hall to share strategies for promoting health, safety, and well-being within public institutions.

Coordinator and Prosecutor Gileade Pereira Souza Maia presented the nucleus's multidisciplinary approach, which includes occupational health services, monitoring medical leaves, functional adaptation processes, and health promotion campaigns. Established in 2019 and consolidated as a permanent program in 2020, the initiative utilizes remote services and integrated professional teams to reach various institutional units, including those in the state's interior.
