Vidasinú manager inspects health centers in Montería

Liliana Yúnez, the manager of E. S. E. Vidasinú, has launched a series of inspections across hospitals and health centers in both urban and rural areas of Montería. These visits, part of a strategy called ‘improvement circles,’ aim to directly assess service conditions and ensure compliance with sanitary regulations.

Accompanied by an interdisciplinary team, Yúnez is reviewing medical service delivery, facility conditions, and operational processes. A central component of these tours involves direct dialogue with healthcare workers and patients to identify needs, concerns, and opportunities for improvement. Yúnez stated, ‘We do not want to manage the institution from an office. We need to be in our hospitals and health centers, listening to our workers and, above all, our users.’

The observations gathered during these sessions will be used to implement concrete operational improvements across the primary care network managed by Vidasinú.
