Rockstar Games launches GTA 6 marketing campaign in Miami

Rockstar Games is ramping up marketing for the upcoming release of Grand Theft Auto VI, scheduled for November 19. As part of the campaign, a massive 'Welcome to Vice City' sign has been placed on a stadium roof in Miami. Despite objections from local police regarding the game's association with crime, Miami Beach officials approved the deal, which is expected to bring $3 million to the area through October.

In addition to the game launch, Rockstar has announced that a dedicated music album will accompany the release. The soundtrack is expected to feature diverse genres, including tracks that may resonate with international audiences due to their historical popularity.

Amidst the massive hype for GTA 6, some publishers are choosing to maintain their own release schedules. Hooded Horse, the publisher of Manor Lords, confirmed that its medieval simulation Blacksmith Master will exit Early Access on the same day as GTA 6. CEO Tim Bender stated that the company does not view the AAA title as a direct threat to their niche indie release.
