Vidur Katyal gains recognition in U.S. following Shakespeare performance

Vidur Katyal, a 23-year-old actor from Jaipur, has gained significant recognition in the United States following a successful run in Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar. Performing at the Westcliffe Center for the Performing Arts in Colorado, Katyal played the demanding role of Brutus, leading to sold-out performances.

Katyal’s academic and theatrical background includes studying at Mississippi State University and Vermont State University Castleton, where he earned a B.A. in Theatre and Music. His recent success has led to several new professional engagements, including a lead role in the touring Hindi musical ‘Olden Days’ produced by 19th Cloud Productions, and upcoming work with the Woodstock Playhouse and Above the Curve Theater.
