Traunstein court begins trial of suspended officer for rape and child pornography
A trial has commenced at the Traunstein Regional Court in Germany against a 55-year-old suspended police officer. The defendant, a biological man who identifies as a woman, faces multiple severe charges, including the alleged rape of a 14-year-old girl in a fast-food restaurant restroom in August 2025.
In addition to the rape charge, the prosecution alleges the defendant possessed hundreds of child pornography files, some featuring victims as young as three years old. The indictment also includes charges related to the production of bestiality material. The defendant is currently being held in the men's section of Munich Prison.
